Orca | One is a mission command and readiness platform designed for public safety dive operations, including but not limited to:
- mission logging
- diver accountability
- equipment tracking
- risk assessment
- training documentation
- operational reporting
The Service is provided for support and documentation purposes only and does not replace professional judgment, training, or agency SOPs.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your organization to use this platform if operating on behalf of an agency.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- maintaining account security
- all activity under your account
- ensuring information entered is accurate
You may not:
- share credentials
- impersonate others
- misuse the platform
5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Orca | One relies on user-provided data.
We do not verify entries and are not responsible for:
- inaccurate logs
- missed documentation
- operational decisions made using the platform
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- violate laws or regulations
- reverse engineer the platform
- disrupt service performance
- upload malicious content
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software belong to:

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute without written permission.
8. Service Availability

- loss of life

- financial damages
Use of this platform is at your own risk.
10. Termination
